The World Poker Tour in the UK
Since 2013, the UK has hosted World Poker Tour tournaments in its various formats: National, DeepStacks, WPT500 and the Main Tour. The last time the WPT visited Britain was last year with the WPT500 played at Dusk Till Dawn. It was one of the largest WPT events in UK history, boasting 895 entries. Based on the numbers that the WPT Prime circuit is doing this year, there’s a good chance they’ll surpass that total!

FAQ
What are the odds of winning blackjack with card counting?
In a standard 6 deck blackjack game each true count will move the house edge half a percent toward the player’s advantage. So a true 1 would basically erase the house edge and blackjack would be an even game. A true 2 puts the player advantage up to about half of 1 percent and the house edge becomes the player’s edge.
Is basic strategy enough to win at blackjack?
The “best decisions” for the player, in this case, are the ones that lose the least amount of money to the casino over time. Basic strategy does not overcome the casino’s house edge until we add card counting to the mix.
Is there a trick to winning blackjack?
It is common practice to hit on eight or less, but stand on anything 12 or higher. When the dealer has a three, you should hit on anything eight or below and 12, while standing on anything 13 or over. If the dealer has a two it is best to hit on nine or less and stand on anything 13 or over.19 May 2021
Do you hit on 13 against a 2?
Player 21: In the event your point total equals 21 (not Blackjack), you automatically win and the dealer will pay you even money. Five Card Trick: In the event you draw 5 cards to a hand without exceeding 21, you automatically win and the Dealer will pay you even money.
